Reviving a server in Taiwan, Need Helps

Hi, all
I just wanna say, it's always been my dream to make a server in Taiwan,
I've been looking for source files, and found one recently, but never had luck with building it with "Eclipse",
I am a C# programmer myself, but I am lack of any C/C++ knowledges,
just wanna ask and hoping that if someone could share the knowledges on "How to compile a DarkEden source file",
or by any chance that you could share your source Files that could be compiled,
