Selling prices

Now most item prices is fine, BUT:
- monsters heads are o$
- all enchants (bb2, shines...etc) are like 1$ but it says much more in the description
- when u sell monster head, every next item you sell is worth 1$, no matter what it is.

I will look monster heads over again.
The enchant items are like that, because they drop really often ppl would get ingame currency way too easy. Instead of removing enchant drops, I decided just to lower their price insignificantly.

The last one seems to be serious bug though, gonna look into it right away.
