Guild Logo

So I decided to save up to make a guild on ousters, the price has been uped to 70m, this was fine but then i tried to get a logo leaving the guild and resetting several times.
Turns out you only get 50% of the fee back now so i spent hundreds of mil and still haven't managed to get a logo.
I think the cost should be lowered or the chance of getting a logo raised? As it seems close to impossible to get a logo

he needs to make sure there is no guilds in the db if there is there old ones a need to be deleted

I will look into it, there is issue with client, that is why guild logos wont show up. It has nothing to do with db. And I hope to get it fixed with new client.
